The program will feature the subject How to Help Other People Take More Ownership.

In this discussion Dave Beam will address some of the questions he is commonly asked in the work that he does.

As Project Managers, have you ever asked yourself these questions?

How can I increase my influence in other’s lives?

What does it take to enroll and inspire people to follow me and fully engage in projects?

Why do some of my peers and team seem disconnected, and how can I help them take more ownership?

What do I need to do differently to gain the full cooperation and help of outside contractors?

How can I help my organization move away from a culture of blame, excuses, and denial into ownership, accountability, and responsibility?

These are the issues that Dave will be addressing head on at our next meeting.  It promises to be fun, inspiring, and filled with practical solutions and ideas we can implement immediately.
