The US Corps of Engineers is working through a 5-phase project to remediate risk of flooding (and potential $20B losses) that would result from failure of the Bluestone Dam. Mr. Aaron Smith, Project Manager, USACE, Huntington, will be the speaker for this event. Learn about the technical aspects of managing a $966M project! Discussions will focus on project management, risk management, and risk communication.
