Description:  Jim's presentation will provide a number of practical approaches and tools for managing projects in a virtual world.  Though the use of technology, sound quality control techniques, good organizing and communications skills, it is not as hard as it may seem.  Jim will discuss how old school PM approaches can be adapted to current day situations.

Speaker:  Jim has over 30 years of experience with Verizon Business.  He holds a Masters Certificate from ESI GWU and became PMP certified in 2000.
