WV Power Baseball Game, Picnic & Fireworks, August 7

I am pleased to announce that the PMI WV/OV has planned a summer outing for any interested PMI WV/OV members and their families.  We have made arrangements to attend a WV Power baseball game in Charleston, WV at Power Park on Friday, August 7.

Details:
Date / Time: Friday, August 7 @ 7:05 pm (Gates open @ 6:05 pm)
Opponent: Annapolis
Promotion: Friday Night Fireworks
There will also be a special drawing just for our group.

There will be a picnic, buffet style, prior to start of the game.  It will be available when the gates open.  Food will include hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, baked beans, pasta salad and soft drinks.  The picnic will be no cost to you or your family.  The Chapter will cover the cost for your entire family to attend the picnic.

We will reserve a block of tickets for the game so that we can all sit together.  They are Box Seat tickets priced at $7 each.  We will work with the WV Power to get a block of seats together.   Children that are age 2 and younger are free but are required to sit on a parent's lap unless a separate ticket is purchased. You will be responsible for the cost of your tickets.  Once seating is confirmed, I will communicate to you the official cost and payment arrangement options.

To obtain a block of seats together, we need to communicate the number of attendees within a reasonable time.  We are asking you to notify us by June 20 if you would like to attend and how many spots you would like to reserve.  This is West Virginia Day so it should be easy to remember.  If you would like to attend or have any questions, please notify Marvin Taylor at either 304-541-9964 or by e-mail at president_elect@wvovpmi.org .

Driving directions will be forwarded to you closer to the event date.

Come and enjoy a great time with your family and the other members of our group.  Power Park is a family friendly park and has a lot of activities and facilities specifically for the family, including a Fun Zone behind the scoreboard in centerfield.  See you at game!
