WV/OV Chapter is proud to present a Professional Development Day opportunity in Charleston, West Virginia, with up to 8 PDU's awarded!  Cost of $375 per person for this unique event includes all materials, refreshments, and lunch.

In this fast-paced, entertaining and interactive one day workshop you’ll

• Understand key business priorities, and how to align your project efforts with them  
• Better understand success, as seen from the perspective of your business customer, 
• Develop a laser-focus on delivery of those successes, leading to higher customer satisfaction and more project benefit realization. 

We will cover  

• a model to understand business strategy in YOUR business  
• a checklist to guarantee that your projects work toward those goals  
• a toolkit to use to create agreed upon and measurable business benefits for your work and  
• a set of techniques to help you connect with your customer’s felt needs, create higher satisfaction and better relationships with internal and external customers.  

You’ll leave with an action-oriented simple plan to be the person your company’s leaders think of first when they want great outcomes on projects.  

In addition to the full day workshop, after the event the presenter, Tom Cooper of Brighthill Group, LLC, will provide two “applied coaching” calls to help hold participants accountable and help them turn their ideas into action, gaining even more practical value from the event.  These calls will be recorded and participants will be able to listen in, even if they are unable to join at the time of the call.

This professional development day will include 6 contact hours during the day of the event, and then an additional two hours of contact hours during the coaching calls, leading to the total required 8 hours of PDUs needed in the Strategic and Business Management category.
